Summer Holiday Activity - "Maybole Regeneration Summer Treasure Hunt" 1st July to 10th August

This summer holiday the Maybole Regeneration Project are giving out treasure hunt’s to all the schools in Maybole. The town has some hidden historical figures in prominent windows, if you find all 12 you could win A FAMILY DAY PASS TO HEADS OF AYR FARM PARK!

When you have found all the names then post your completed form with your name and phone number in Maybole Regeneration Post Box in Goudies, The Carrick Centre or the Library by 10th August. You will be entered into the prize draw!

Public Realm - "High Street Consultation" from Friday 1st July to Friday 23rd July

Consultation on the revised Maybole Active Travel High Street Scheme is now open! (link below)
The consultation includes a 3d virtual fly through of the High St. When you have the opportunity to review the plans we would like to hear your views.
We would therefore be grateful if you can complete the short questionnaire having reviewed the scheme.
We hope the virtual consultation room and plans provides useful insight into the proposed high street scheme that will better servee the community’s needs.

Artist in Residence - "Free Craft Taster Session" on Wednesday 21st July and 25th August

Maybole’s new Artist in Residence is Cate Ross and she wants you to takepART!

Cate is here to work in partnership with you to provide a range of opportunities to creative and explore Maybole’s rich history!

You can meet Cate at her first taster session on the 21st July between 10am to 12pm and 1pm – 3pm at Goudies. All ages and abilities are welcome. Come and get creative.

Outdoor Event at the Glebe- "Heritage Fun Day" on Saturday 28th August

Come join us on the last weekend of August at the Glebe to celebrate Maybole’s Heritage. We have a big fun day planned for all the family to enjoy. At the event there will be a historical re-enactment, fancy dress, puppy parade, highland dancing and lots more.
